We purely use email and phone bookings to collect personal information
E-mail - We save your mail since there is often recurring information that can be important futher down the road for good communication
Social media - The social medias we use are: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest. We have signed and agreed to their terms and conditions. We follow their policies, if you do not wish to follow us any more you can simply un-follow / un-subscribe on the respective platform.

In the event of a personal data incident, the Data Inspectorate(Dataibspektionen) is reported within 72 hours - those concerned are informed and the incident is documented at the company and saved together with the records that must be archived according to the Swedish Accounting Act (Bokföringslagen).

Hotel Wilhelmina may disclose Personal Data to third parties, such as for example police or other authority, if it concerns the investigation of a crime or if they are followed by such information with the support of law or governmental authority decision.
